Feel the sweet kiss of the sun “beijo do sol” in the beautiful Algarve. We will be returning here for the second time for 6 days of Yoga, movement, connection, sunshine and ocean time.

Please note if you are booking as a couple, all beds can be made into King size
PROGRAM
All activities during the retreat are optional. We encourage you to listen to your body and what you need. Classes will be suitable for all levels.
- Daily 2 hour Vinyasa Practice – including breathwork & meditation
- Daily 30 minute Assisted Playtime – Including Handstand / Arm Balancing Practice
- 2 x Restorative Evening Practices – Including partner massage session
- 2 x Workshops
- Healthy & Delicious Vegetarian Meals
- 2 x Excursions to explore the region – including hiking the stunning cliffs of Rota de Vicentina, and an opportunity to enjoy the local beaches for swimming or surfing
- Wine Tasting at local Vineyard (optional extra)
- 6 nights accommodation in a luxury spacious Villa including access to a pool, warm jacuzzi & plenty of space to chill.
- Spacious Rooms with twin bed, private bathroom, balcony… & bathrobes
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PLANNING
There are many direct flights from Amsterdam to Faro.
Faro to Lagos is roughly a 1 hour drive. There are many public transport options to travel between Faro & Lagos, it is also super affordable to hire a car if you want more flexibility to explore during the retreat.
Weather in October is usually between 15 – 22 degrees & sunny!

DEPOSIT – To confirm your spot, please pay a deposit of € 300.
FINAL PAYMENT – Due 1st September 2025 – please reach out if you need more time, we are happy to consider this.
